THE FACILITATORS/CONSULTANTS

All of our contract Facilitators have extensive backgrounds in the Canadian Retail Automotive Industry. Each successful candidate is thoroughly trained and Certified by Automotive Professionals, to ensure that the highest level of quality training is provided consistently.

It is company policy that each Consultant must spend at least three days per month in the retail dealership environment to ensure that they maintain a clear sense of the current marketplace. This policy ensures that all of our Facilitators are able to relate all training material to the participants with current 'real world' experiences, therefore, being of maximum benefit to the participants.

Automotive Professionals provides our Trainers with an annual allotment of funds as well as five personal development days. This ensures that any updating required by our trainers is therefore obtained to maintain that the high quality of our training facilitation is perpetuated.

Each Consultant has extensive experience in the areas "Self Management" and personal development. This ensures that each Automotive Professionals Consultant has an in depth understanding of time management, goal setting and a comprehensive knowledge of the customer mindset during the sales and service process. Each Facilitator has also been specifically trained in the field of "Business Process Redesign", therefore enabling them to work effectively as a consultant for the entire dealership operation. In addition to this all of our facilitators have also received extensive training in the following areas:
